Documents Required:
- Provide year-wise list of ALL programmes that have been operational during the last five years.
- Brochure/Prospectus mentioning program offered during last five years.
- List of Programs (year wise) should be specified on the letter head of HEI with signature of Head of the Institution.
Specific Instructions to HEIs:
- 1. If the number of courses in which the content is revised in a given programme to the extent of 20% or more, it should be considered as change in syllabus
- 2. If the syllabus is changed more than once in a program during the five-year period, then it should be counted as one change.
Not to be Included /Considered:
- Renaming/minor changes in the course content not to be included/considered
